Communion in the hand: an error and abomination

During the seventh day of our Novena in Enugu, one of us asked the Holy Spirit, “My Lord, it is about Communion in the hand, is it okay to receive the Eucharist in our hands before eating it?’’

Holy Spirit replied, “I have told you the error that is going to emerge in the Church especially in the reign of Pope Francis. These are the errors that are making the Church to cry. You are the ones crying, it is not Me that is crying. Jesus is looking for healthy souls like this body. As you see Me speaking through this body, it is the kind of souls We are looking for to live in.

The problem of the Holy Eucharist is to make Him, Jesus, available for you to eat, at least to get connected, but if you refuse to get the connection, He will leave you or you will eat empty host which many are doing, through this desecration of the Eucharist that is going on. You will become sick and start having problems especially in the spirit without you knowing where the problem is coming from. Many places all over the world are experiencing spiritual dryness due to the nonchalant attitude towards the Sacrament of the Church (Holy Eucharist), by abusing it and showing irreverence to Us in the temple as well as the desecration of the Sacred Host. So, when you eat the Host and your body is not clean, Jesus will do what? Instead of getting scourged, He will look for a place where He will find peace. Is it not true? So these are the errors that are meant to happen. I have told you to go and read the Book of Daniel Chapters 9 to 11.

As time goes on, it is not a new thing to Us. This desecration is already happening in other colonies of the world, but whereas it is not supposed to be like that because the Host which you are about to eat is not to be administered by yourself, It is to be administered by the Great Shepherd. The Great Shepherd is the One who is feeding you; you are not the one feeding yourself. So do not listen to them when they say, “Whether you are the one taking it through your tongue or taking it by yourself with your hands that it is the same thing.” Know you that Jesus is the One feeding you through the hands of a priest. He is the Great Shepherd. Are you telling Me now that the sheep will go now and take food and begin to feed themselves?”

“No, my Lord,” we replied. 

Holy Spirit asked, “Is it not the owner of the sheep that will bring the food to feed them? He will bring the food and put it for them to eat, is it not true? At times as he is providing the food for them, he also brings water for them to drink. Is it not true? But in your own case, you want to provide it by yourself. 

The Eucharist has a lot of mysteries behind it. These are the works of the devil:

• The enemy’s plan is to thwart the sacred host, to make a caricature of it.

• To mock the invisible powers of Christ in the Holy Eucharist

• To mock the connection of the people with their God so that you will no longer have an inflow of the Christ entering into you; you will just be eating it as common bread. But Jesus is always a loving God, He is a merciful God, and those who receive Him in spirit and in truth with love and happiness, He will always acknowledge and still be with them. He is meant to suffer all these things mystically! When He went through the Cross of Calvary, did anybody come to help Him? When they scourged Him, did anybody come to take it on his/her back? Even when He carried His Cross for your sake, just the little ones He asked you to carry, just like Simon of Cyrene, most of you are complaining. These are the things that will happen.

As He received the nails on His hands, did anybody receive them with Him? As He received the ones on the legs, did anybody receive them with Him? Even the crown of thorns on His head, did He ask anybody to come and wear it for Him? He wore it and bore all the sufferings and insults alone. So, what is it again in this mystical suffering of His? It is for your redemption until His second coming. All these things are signs that are written in the Book of Daniel that are about to take place so that the world will know who is in the right and who is in the wrong. 

But for the Church, the works of Jesus, the prayer, the death and resurrection of Jesus will never, never allow the enemy, the gates of hell, to have its way and destroy the Church. It can only succumb by destroying some of the elements and some of the shepherds, but it will not destroy the Great Shepherd of the Church who is Jesus Christ! Do you hear Me? So there is nothing to cry about. All these are errors, you will still see more.”
